The baby back ribs at HopCity Tavern were out of this world, truly a must-try! Plus, the convenience of nearby spots like Ruth's Chris Steak House made dining options a breeze. Can't forget to mention the cool vibe and solid service from the staff, who really know how to make you feel welcome.

We were promised a fridge in our King Room but, surprise, it never showed up. It was annoying but didn't overshadow the overall good time and tasty bites I had on this trip.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options, bars, and attractions just a short walk away. The modern aesthetic of the lobby area gives off a bright, inviting vibe, which adds a certain charm to the stay.

Valet service feels chaotic. during busy times, the line for cars wraps around the building, and waiting over 40 minutes isn't ideal. Rooms, though equipped with large windows offering nice views, can feel cramped, which might not suit everyone's preferences. Additionally, the parking situation is frustrating, especially after 10 PM when valet isn’t available, forcing guests to park themselves at an extra cost. Special requests like adjoining rooms seem overlooked, leading to a less personalized experience. Hidden fees for amenities and overpriced water bottles also leave a bad taste. Overall, a mixed experience with stressors that didn't quite match my expectations.

The bed in my King Room was like sleeping on a cloud- heavenly! I could literally see the city's skyline from my window, which was such a treat in the morning light. Plus, always prompt and super helpful with anything I needed!
